TERMS & CONDITIONS

Ordering

As our products are sourced from specialist producers and in some cases are produced to order especially for you, please allow up to 5 working days from ordering for us to dispatch goods.

Dispatch

Deliveries are Monday to Friday only and are despatched 3 working days after receipt of correct artwork from you or approval of your design if we are creating the artwork for you.
We will do our best to fulfil all requests according to product availability.

Delivery Charges

Delivery prices vary based upon our many products, weights and sizes and will be calculated at the checkout.
Our standard UK mainland delivery starts from £14 + VAT per delivery for up to 20kg.
Please note the delivery charge covers UK mainland only and to a maximum weight of 100kg.
Delivery to non-UK mainland destinations and for weights above 100kg are quoted on an individual basis, please call us for a quote.

Delivery

Overnight couriers are used for all orders. Please make sure you provide a full delivery address including postcode, the name of the recipient and a contact telephone number. Deliveries will need to be signed for.  We would advise, where possible, taking delivery at a business premises, where someone will be available throughout working hours or possibly to send goods to a neighbour.  Please be aware that it is not possible to give multiple alternatives for the delivery address.  Please note it is a requirement of the courier company that we must have the telephone number at the delivery address and we cannot accept responsibility for addresses provided incorrectly.  Your goods will be despatched for delivery on the agreed date and could be delivered any time up until 6pm. If you wish to track your order online please call for a tracking number then you can view the progress of the delivery and view "proof of delivery" details. Please be aware that we cannot track the exact location of your order during the day and will only be notified by the couriers if there is a problem.

Complaints Procedure

It is your responsibility to check your order immediately & carefully on receipt of goods.  In the unlikely event of goods being unsatisfactory, damaged or incomplete, you should accept delivery and contact us within 24 hours.

Returns

As our products are produced and printed to order, we regret that once an order is placed, it is not possible to cancel it and refunds are at the discretion of the management.  In the unlikely event of a product being unsatisfactory or damaged, please contact us immediately.  Do not return goods without first speaking to a customer services advisor.

Accuracy

Every care has been taken to ensure that all prices and descriptions on our website are correct.  In the case of error you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order.  We apologise if this is the case.
